My approach: There are two methods, Erickson Hypnotherapy and Traditional Hypnosis that are very effective with most presenting issues. I help you visualize the powerful tiny hummingbird (colibri) as it shares its strength, hope and joy to induce a trance and introduce positive suggestions that you choose.
The Art of Hypnotherapy, art + visualization + hypnosis = relaxation and relief.
there are many methods to induce a trance by using the senses; auditory, visual, kinesthetic (tactile) olfactory (smell), gustatory (to taste). once in a trance, suggestions you choose will be used to create the changes you desire.
You are always in control, you cannot do anything you don't want to do.
